By booking with KD Magic Shine, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Details
We offer standard cleaning and optional add-ons, as listed on our website. Custom jobs must be discussed and approved in advance.
2. Scheduling and Access

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.

If our cleaners are locked out, a $50 lockout fee may be charged.

Cleaners will wait up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled start time.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

Repeat last-minute cancellations may lead to termination of service.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service via credit card, debit card, or mobile payment.

A valid payment method must be on file for recurring services.

Returned payments or chargebacks may result in a $25 processing fee.
5. Damages & Liability

Our cleaners take great care but are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

Please secure valuables and fragile items before service.

Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.
